How to Play Outcome Memories Recreation

You load in, you pick a hedgehog, something with too many teeth picks you, and a green ring appears when you are already dead. This page is the slower version of that sentence.

Outcome Memories Recreation character models in a match

Outcome Memories Recreation is One-versus-All. Up to seven other players share an eight-person server. One of you becomes the executioner. The rest are survivors. Survivors win by existing until the escape ring opens and then walking through it. The executioner wins by making sure that walk never happens. That is the whole sport. Everything else is kit trivia you can pull from the survivor and executioner pages.

Before the first round

Open settings. Toggle sprint. Raise FOV. Drop camera shake. Those three clicks are documented with binds on PC controls and mobile controls. Then look at the lobby board. Original OM showed the next map and the next executioner candidate there. Recreation keeps that habit. If you ignore the board you will instalock Cream into Tripwire on a hallway map and wonder why the wiki “lied.”

There are still no codes. Do not waste the countdown looking for a redeem button. Vote your character, check ping, and decide now whether you are playing peel or bait.

Axheron’s video exists because the overlap is the point. Recreation is not a unique genre; it is a reconstruction. Use the video to recognize maps, shop chrome, and animations, then come back here for the Recreation-specific roster (Mighty, Lord X, Negagen) that the original place never fully owned.

During the round

  1. Split, but not so far that nobody hears a downed ping.
  2. Spend stuns on saves, not on ego. A stunned executioner who is looking at nobody is a wasted cooldown.
  3. Watch the timer. At ~1:20 remaining the ring is coming. Start moving before it pops. Details: how to escape.
  4. If the lobby becomes you versus the monster, you are in LMS. Swap mental loadouts using the LMS guide.

If the killer is new to you, do not invent a counter in chat. Open how to beat executioners after the match and the matchup tool before the next one.

Lobby, voting, and the eight-player tax

Recreation caps at eight. Original Outcome Memories could hide a bad pick inside a crowd. Here every duplicate lock and every missing peeler is public. One Sonic. One Tails. If the board already has a stunner, pick intel or peel. If nobody took Mighty and the executioner is a grab kit, take him — the Mighty guide exists because Protect is a team button. Shop Rings still matter for extra executioners the same way original players bought Kolossos and Tripwire; there are still no working codes to skip that farm.

Settings before the first round are not optional flavour. Toggle sprint. Raise FOV. Cut camera shake. Those clicks live on PC controls and mobile controls. Then look at the map. Green Hill teaches loops. Not Perfect V2 teaches gravity. Mystic Cave teaches overtime and tunnels. The maps hub is the difference between “the game is broken” and “I queued the wrong kit.”

Voice chat is not supported on the live place. Callouts happen in text or not at all. Tails pinging invis in chat is worth more than a silent Sonic montage. If your stack refuses to type, you are playing seven solo queues in one server.

How to play the executioner without throwing

You are not a Deathmatch hero. You are a clock. Every chase that lasts thirty seconds without a down is a gift to the ring. Cut the map in half, eat the isolated survivor, ignore the Sonic who wants to be cinema. 2011X players should labour invis and Trickery before they ever see Rage. Kolossos players should grab, not parade. Tripwire players should own lanes. Kit reminders live on the executioners page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers for the searches that actually land here.

How long is a round?

Long enough for a full chase cycle, then an 80-second escape window after the ring appears near 1:20 remaining.

Can I choose to be the executioner?

The lobby rotates candidates. You get the role when the board says it is your turn, not with a Robux toggle.

Is this different from original Outcome Memories?

Same verbs, smaller server, extra Recreation characters, more WIP. The ring still decides the match.

What should I play first?

Sonic or Tails as survivor, 2011X as killer. Then Mighty if you can look at allies.
