Outcome Memories Recreation Maps
Maps in this genre are not cosmetics. They decide whether Kolossos can climb you, whether Tripwire owns a hallway, and whether Mighty’s wall climb is a win condition or a party trick.
Recreation’s Roblox title even names a layout: Not Perfect V2. Learn that one on its own page, then come back here for the rest of the rotation. Original Outcome Memories cycled Green Hill, Angel Island, Mystic Cave, X’s Fortress, You Can’t Run, then Not Perfect. Recreation footage still lives in that neighbourhood even when a restart swaps lighting.
The layouts you must recognize
| Map | Feel | Who likes it |
|---|---|---|
| Green Hill | Open, storm trigger, honest loops | Sonic, Silver, Tripwire |
| Not Perfect V2 | Vertical, bumpers, void | Mighty, gliders, anyone who can anti-void |
| YCR (You Can’t Run) | Tight chase opera | 2011X, Lord X |
| X’s Fortress / Hill.GYM | Indoor, overtime candidate | Grab kits, Metal Sonic |
| Angel Island | Fewer gimmicks, cleaner reads | Beginners, Knuckles |
| Mystic Cave | Overtime, messy sightlines | Tails, mines, lasers |
The official Recreation channel scoring Silver’s LMS is a reminder that maps are stages. You are not speedrunning a Sonic game; you are surviving a diorama long enough for a ring to spawn. When the music gets personal, you are probably in LMS and the layout just became a duel arena. Re-read how to escape with that map’s springs in mind.
Shared rules across the rotation
- Springs launch anyone. Executioners can take your escape route.
- Survivor and executioner spawns are far apart on purpose. Do not run at the killer spawn for content.
- Overtime on some layouts adds time instead of spawning the ring on schedule. Green Hill, X’s Fortress, and Mystic Cave carried that rule in original OM.
- Void deaths are not honourable. If you need a crutch on Not Perfect, that is what the anti-void script page is for — not a recommendation, a reality.
Pick survivors with the next map, not with your comfort skin. The survivor tier list even calls out map modifiers. Executioners should do the same using the killer ladder.
Early Recreation reports sometimes listed only three public layouts: Mystic Caves, Not Perfect, and Hill.GYM. Treat that as a snapshot, not a promise. Restarts add lighting, collision, and the occasional private-server diorama. If the board says a name you do not recognize, default to the habits on how to play: split, stun on saves, watch 1:20. Dedicated write-ups now exist for the layouts that produce the most search traffic — Not Perfect V2, Green Hill, Mystic Cave, You Can’t Run, Angel Island, and X’s Fortress — and they link back here so you do not learn one loop and call it a genre.
Mobile players should not queue Not Perfect until they have spread skill buttons on mobile controls. PC players should raise FOV before blaming “broken void” — PC settings. There is still no code that grants a nicer map pool. Play the rotation you loaded.
